We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“data protection laws”). You confirm that you will only enter information about yourself and those in your party and that such information is true.

For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we, Namaste Safaris Ltd. are a data controller. In order to process your booking and trip requests and to help us provide you with a more personal service, we need to collect certain personal details from you. These details will include, where applicable, the names and contact details of party members, credit/ debit card or other payment details and special requirements such as those relating to any disability or medical condition which may affect the chosen trip arrangements and any dietary restrictions which may disclose your religious beliefs. If we need any other personal details, we will tell you before we obtain them from you.

We need to pass on your personal details to the companies and organisations that need to know them so that your trip can be provided (for example your airline, hotel, other supplier, credit/debit card company or bank).

We would also like to store and use your personal details for future marketing and trip review purposes (for example, sending you details of new features, trips or special offers which we think may be of interest to you, including by email). All details you give us in connection with your booking (including those relating to any disability or medical condition or your religious beliefs) will be kept by us but we will use only names and contact details for marketing purposes (unless you have indicated that you do not wish us to do so).

Occasionally we hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, for example providing holiday reviews and mailing information to our customers. We only provide those companies with the personal details relating to our clients which they require in order to deliver the service. Existen varias conexiones aéreas que te llevan a Tanzania. Hay vuelos directos desde otros continentes y países africanos a Dar-es-Salaam, Kilimanjaro (cerca de Arusha) y Zanzibar Island.

√ La ciudad de Arusha es el punto de partida para las rutas de safari más populares del circuito norte. Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) está situado al lado de la montaña más alta de África, en el noreste de Tanzania. Arusha Airport (a 8kms de Arusha) es más pequeño y solamente está usado para vuelos regionales. Otros aeropuertos para vuelos dentro de Áfrika Mtwara Airport y Mwanza International Airport.

√ El aeropuerto principal de Tanzania es Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR), a unos 13 kilómetros de Dar-es-Salaam. Para ir a los parques en el sur del país se suele usar este aeropuerto.

Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ) es el aeropuerto principal del Zanzibar Archipelago, situado en Unguja Island. Está situado a 5 kilómetros de la ciudad Zanzibar. Aunque es un aeropuerto pequeño, hay vuelos a varios países del este de África, Europa y el Oriente.

   

 

La mayoría de los viajeros que van desde Europa a Tanzania hacen trasbordo en Amsterdam (Holanda). KLM es la única aerolínea que tiene vuelos directos cada día a Kilimanjaro International Airport (approx. 8,5 horas) y de Dar-es-Salaam a Amsterdam (approx. 9,5 horas). También es un vuelo que suelen coger viajeros desde los US y Canadá. Otros vuelos pasan por Doha, Cairo y Nairobi en Kenia. Te recomendamos coger un vuelo directo si es posible. Es la forma más rápida para llegar por lo cual llegarás menos cansado para empezar tu safari. Aparte de esto, en el caso de perder un vuelo de conexión perderías mucho tiempo.

Durante tu safari puedes optar por viajar en coche o en avión para ir de un parque a otro. Aunque el viaje por carretera (y carriles) te ofrece la posibilidad de ver mucho del país, coger un vuelo es una opción para ahorrar tiempo. Especialmente en el sur de Tanzania la distancia entre los parques nacionales es grande. Los vuelos entre los parques se hacen en avionetas y eso te ofrece otro tipo de aventura. Basado en tus deseos para tu safari, el itinerario y el presupuesto te podemos recomendar una cosa u otra.

Si quieres hacer tu viaje en los dos países famosos por sus posibilidades de safaris, Tanzania y Kenia, puedes viajar a o desde Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) en Nairobi. Este aeropuerto en Kenia es el más grande del este y centro de África. Muchas aerolíneas internacionales tienen vuelos directos y diarios a Nairobi. Nosotros te recogemos en el aeropuerto, tanto en Kenia como en Tanzania, y nos encargamos de todo el transporte en estos países como parte de tu viaje.
